    1. Take ¾ cup pumpkin puree and half cup non-fat yogurt and blend together in a food processor or blender.

    1. Take a fresh cantaloupe and remove the seeds and skin from the melon, next cut into big chunks and spread them out on a plate.

    2. Cover and let freeze for 2-3 hours.

    3. Take two cups of your frozen melon pieces and put them in a blender with two tablespoons unsweetened yogurt.

    4. Pour into your puppy molds and let them freeze again
