Reviewing the best budget smartphones of 2021 in the UK for a price under £300, including the top phones for camera tech, gaming and more. I've tested all of these surprisingly cheap mobiles, including the Samsung Galaxy M32, Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, Poco X3 GT and Moto Edge 20 Lite. But which budget phone is best for you? Check out my unboxing and review videos for all you need to know!
The Redmi Note 10 Pro is still one of my favourite affordable smartphones in 2021, offering impressive hardware for a low price. Of course, how well you get on with Xiaomi's MiUI launcher will play a large part in your personal impressions. MiUI is also found on the Poco X3 Pro, which boasts everything you'd need except 5G support - something added by the Poco X3 GT. However, this fresher model also axed the headphone jack and microSD support, which is a serious shame.
Motorola's Edge 20 Lite is another of my favourites right now, offering some solid features for under £300. And while the Samsung Galaxy M32 can't compete for performance, and once again lacks 5G connectivity, that camera is among the best in this round-up.
I had to axe a few other handsets which came close, like the Nokia X20 - while some fresh launches like the Moto G60s I haven't had the chance to test yet. For more on the latest affordable UK smartphones, why not be a lovely person and subscribe?
