The smart lighting experts at Philips Hue have announced a new partnership with Spotify, enabling supported devices to flash, dim, brighten and change color in time with a playlist of your choice – and there are new Hue products to check out too.

We now know that Windows 11 is rolling out from October 5 this year, but Microsoft just announced that support for Android apps running right on the desktop – one of the best features of the new operating system – won't arrive until 2022.

Something else we might be waiting for is the Apple Watch 7. The rumor is that the complexity of the watch, and the number of differences between it and the Apple Watch 6, mean that Apple is struggling to get it ready for a September unveiling.

What's supposedly a user manual for the upcoming Galaxy S21 FE has leaked out on the web, and it reveals a few interesting tidbits about the Samsung phone: specifically the lack of a bundled wall charger and the omission of a microSD slot.

We've heard a few rumors around a launch date for the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro lately, and the latest prediction is that the phones will go on sale on October 28, with a launch event happening earlier, perhaps on October 19.
