RECIPES
Banana and Peanut Butter Pupsicle
1. Take your blender and add two bananas, ½ cup peanut butter, ½ cup milk or unsweetened almond or soy milk, and ½ cup greek yogurt.
2. Mix,and pour into ice trays.
3. Freeze for 4-5 hours and you're good to go!
Chicken and Pumpkin Pupsicle
1. Take ¾ cup pumpkin puree and half cup non-fat yogurt and blend together in a food processor or blender.
2. Pour mixture into ice molds, and stick the chicken jerky pieces in as a makeshift popsicle stick.
3. Freeze for 3-4 hours
