We're eagerly awaiting the arrival of Intel's Alder Lake processors for laptop, expected at the start of 2022, and newly spotted benchmarks suggests that we're in line for some serious performance – perhaps enough to beat the Apple M1 Max.
CD Projekt Red – makers of titles like The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077 – has acquired another development studio called The Molasses Flood, and announced that the newly merged team is busy working on an 'ambitious project' for the future.
Foldable phones are gradually becoming more reliable, less expensive, and available more widely, and the latest rumors suggest that Oppo will be next to launch a phone with this form factor – and it might be announced as early as next month.
The chipset is the key spec when it comes to smartphone performance, and thanks to a well-known tipster, we think we know the processors that are going to be fitted inside the Samsung Galaxy S22: the Exynos 2200 and the Snapdragon 898.
Samsung makes tablets too of course, and based on some unofficial renders that just hit the web, it looks as though the Ultra version of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S8 could come with a display notch attached – as well as a giant 14.6-inch screen.
