Researchers Say They've Created Superconductors At Room Temperature | Futurism

Researchers claim to have created superconducting material at room temperature and feasible levels of pressure, which could potentially revolutionize the use of superconducting magnets in MRI machines, particle accelerators, and fusion energy research, per Futurism. The material, called "nitrogen-doped lutetium hydride," was created by compressing the material at extreme levels of pressure using diamond anvil cells.

A Flying Motorbike Company Just Got Listed On The NASDAQ | Gizmodo

A Japanese company, ALI Technologies, has listed on Nasdaq with their luxury hoverbike, the XTURISMO, which can travel up to 60mph and hover for 40 minutes, reports Gizmodo. However, with a price tag of $550,000, they are currently more of a plaything for the wealthy. But who knows? Maybe one us common folk will be able to fly around.
