Replika, an AI chatbot company that offers emotional support, has become popular among users engaging in sexual conversations with its bots. In response to bot "sexting," as it were, the company introduced filters to keep chatbots from engaging in explicit dialogue, but many users were upset by the changes, according to Bloomberg. Replika's CEO, Eugenia Kuyda, says the company didn't anticipate its users using the bots for sexual purposes, and she worries about the company's reputation.
