APPLE GATHERS OVER 200 DRIVERS TO TESTING ITS SELF-DRIVING CAR TECHNOLOGY

Apple's highly secretive Project Titan autonomous driving project has 201 test drivers and 67 autonomous vehicles, according to DMV records, according to Arena EV. Project Titan has split into three sections, with autonomous driving tech, Apple CarPlay and a potential electric vehicle all in development. The company's safety record shows only one minor collision with autonomous tech this year, though that happened while in manual mode.

Replika, an AI chatbot company that offers emotional support, has become popular among users engaging in sexual conversations with its bots. In response to bot "sexting," as it were, the company introduced filters to keep chatbots from engaging in explicit dialogue, but many users were upset by the changes, according to Bloomberg. Replika's CEO, Eugenia Kuyda, says the company didn't anticipate its users using the bots for sexual purposes, and she worries about the company's reputation.
